QCS Hub is a rolling subscription, so if you change your mind you can cancel at any time. However, if you are not happy, please get in touch with us and we will talk through your concerns to find a solution.

Do I have to pay for updates?

No. The support contract for our ERP and MRP software includes all updates as well as ongoing support. You will always be on the latest, most secure version of our software.

Will I have to rewrite my quality manual?

Yes, but this does not have to be a huge overhaul. It will mainly consist of minor wording tweaks to reflect the new digital processes managed by QCS Hub.

Can we be AS9100 compliant with QCS Hub?

Yes. QCS Hub is designed to support adherence to standards like AS9100 when used in conjunction with a suitable Quality Management System (QMS).

Do we need to make a large IT investment?

No. While there will be some initial costs, the system scales with the size of your company. This ensures that the investment is always relative to your business needs and not a large upfront burden.
