Traceability

QCS Track when changes were made, by who and what the change was. Quality documents are easier to manage, quicker to access and easily traceable as they are linked to every relevant order page. Process documents are easily accessed and permission controlled.

Stop recurring errors

QCS NCRs and concessions are linked to part numbers and displayed on all instances of that part number for future reference. Stock parts can be cautioned/quarantined which prevents them being dispatched or shows a warning of the caution text before allowing them to be dispatched.

Material control

QCS Material items can be marked as cautioned or quarantined, this warns or prevents those items from being linked to an order and prevents dispatch of parts on any existing orders which reference those items. It’s also easy to identify all orders those materials have been linked to previously and identify batches and serial numbers of potentially affected components.

Suppliers

QCS With the supplier register database, check whether suppliers are AS9100 approved, view all supplier approvals and accreditations and store relevant emails and contacts. For orders that require this approval, you’ll automatically be unable to link suppliers with expired, or missing approval documentation.

Inventory

QCS Make sure you have the correct equipment and add calibration and maintenance schedules to each item to send warning emails prior to expiry. This will notify the relevant team members to arrange calibration and service.
