QCS Hub was born from necessity. The concept began on the floor of a subcontract manufacturing warehouse that supplied components to leading Motorsport and F1 teams. As the business grew, so did the mountains of paperwork, folders, and spreadsheets. Tracking everything became a challenge, leading to recurring errors from poor communication, forgotten conversations, and lost documents. We knew we had to find a better way to operate.
Our search for a commercially available Quality Management System (QMS) revealed a gap in the market. We could not find a solution that was complete enough for aerospace standards yet flexible enough for the fast-paced F1 sector. Every option lacked essential features, which is when we decided to use our ERP and MRP expertise to build our own system. This was the beginning of QCS Techniques.
After seeing its success internally, we shared the system with other small manufacturers and developed it further. Our customers experienced a dramatic drop in issues, a significant increase in on-time deliveries, and faster response times. Soon, we received requests to introduce the software to other companies in the supply chain. QCS Hub became the definitive system for complete quality control, and QCS Techniques was founded to make that possible for businesses like yours.

The system is constantly being upgraded with new features which makes it even more user friendly than it already is.”
