A More Connected, Capable Platform

December 19, 2025

December focused on strengthening the platform's foundations while continuing to enhance day-to-day usability. We delivered major improvements on Portal, increasing reliability, refining permissions, and enabling multiple Portal instances to be linked seamlessly with Hub. Alongside this, reporting and analytics were enhanced with expanded reporting and clearer, downloadable reports. Usability and visual polish were improved across scheduling, layouts, and document viewing within Hub, while new material databases, order process types, and custom filters strengthened traceability and operational control in Portal. We also introduced improved email notifications and role management, resulting in a more stable, intuitive, and scalable platform overall.

In November planning and process management were expanded with stronger customer-linked processes and quote planning improvements, giving teams better control over how work is structured and scheduled. The month also saw the introduction of an upgrade to the PDF viewer with numerous usability refinements, alongside interface clean-ups to improve user interaction. Behind the scenes, a wide range of fixes addressed edge cases around cancelled orders, routing, data validation, and allocations, resulting in a more reliable, predictable, and user-friendly experience.
