From permission and privacy settings to Two Factor Authentication, we’ve made sure there are systems in place to keep your information as safe and secure as possible. These settings mean you can choose who sees what, so certain data and functionality can only be viewed by those intended to see it. Turn on Two Factor Authentication for an extra layer of security. This requires users to enter a code from their phone as well as their email and password to gain access, perfect for when you want to keep things that little bit more secure.
Use permission settings to make sure only certain users have access to private documents. You can use this to choose which employees can access which files to keep certain documents secure, private and for the right eyes only.
Other tactics we use to keep QCS Hub as secure as possible includes WAF (Web Application Firewall), so our servers are not directly accessible, and making sure all passwords are hashed, not stored in plain text, for added security.
